As a first time home buyer I had a lot of concerns about making the biggest purchase of my life. My transaction was a pretty tough deal! Since the listing agent was out of the country for most of the transaction, without access to phone or email, Jessika basically had to manage both sides of the purchase. She was really thorough and on top of everything. For example the termite company that the seller used didn't even go to the property, and the listing agent didn't even notice! That work would not have gotten done if Jessika hadn't caught that. Also, she has a great team (Lender, Home Inspector, etc). She always responds right away to calls, texts and emails. Lastly Jessika was pleasant and fun to work with.
