Jessika Werchick

Passionate about the real estate industry, Jessika puts clients first by providing excellent communication and care. Integrity, market knowledge, and accessibility are the cornerstones of her business. She believes success is defined by her clients’ satisfaction. Jessika has honed her negotiation skills throughout a 20 year career in sales, over a decade of which has been in the field of real estate. During that time she has served on the Board of Directors of the South Bay Association of Realtors, helping to shape the priorities of our local industry. She has also spent time on the Government Affairs Committee, working diligently to protect homeowner rights at the local, state, and federal levels.

When not at work, this California native can most often be found pursuing her love of racing sailboats, and enjoying everything our amazing coastal area has to offer.
